Nothing, nothing at all! Nothing at all! Nothing at all!

The most unqualified employees are team leaders. Trust equals ZERO.
If a female employee wears a tank top in the summer, at 30°C inside temperature, she is told to put something on (no customer contact). Air conditioning is not wanted because of the cost.
Existing employees are not allowed to be on a first-name basis with new employees, which is not desired by the higher authority.
I have never worked in such an environment.

Depends on your luck, some teams are nice to work for and some are not. The work culture is completely different in Geneva, Basel or Zurich.

Disastrous handling of the pandemic period. The only bank that obliges all the employees to come to the office. Lack of trust and constant climate of fear.
