The Schönberg is a great employer as a full time - and part time employee.

Interdisciplinary communication and collaboration could be more open.

Beautiful location. Human, appreciative interaction with employees.

Everything is good so far. No improvement necessary. Employees are heard.

Super team, good working atmosphere, familiar... I can't imagine working anywhere else....

There could be a 2nd smoking place for employees. And the 2 teams are not equal (Eiger & Mönch), this could also be improved... Wages could be better... even with unskilled staff who do a backbreaking job all day....

Good pay, bosses accommodating to requests . Breakfast free of charge . Possibilities for relaxation through SPA offers .

Clinic could be modernized a bit overall .... But they are piece by piece already in the process .

we have very motivated people in HR and Central Services who give their best every day for the patients and the staff.

There is always something that can be changed or improved. Approach the supervisor directly and address the issue.

The clinic is trying to address problems and improve. The path to becoming a very satisfactory employer is the right one, but it still needs time. The atmosphere in the teams is very pleasant and you can always express your thoughts.

The administrative burden of care is too complicated and consumes too many resources of your daily work time. The communication between the different work areas does not work well enough. Everyone looks after his own area, which leads to the fact that the nursing will deal with things that do not belong to their intended activity, because the nursing is ultimately most with the patient and so must regulate everything that remains.

We have a loyal team and are there for each other, suggestions for improvement are also welcome in the management we can also make requests such as needs.

Is a super employer! we also have a lot of freedom if you have your work miserable and you have to work everywhere.

I find working in the clinic very nice. I feel comfortable here and can learn a lot. As a learner, I find that we are very well supported.
