Those responsible, who obviously do not have the necessary basic knowledge, are kept on without questioning. The quality of product execution suffers dramatically as a result.

I perceived the entire application process as very professional. After the standard confirmation e-mail, I received further information about the position (current status in the process, further procedure, ...) within a short period of time. At the first interview with HR and direct superior, all questions could be clarified, one could get to know each other and gain a first impression. It was clearly communicated how the process would continue and by when one would contact again. These deadlines have always been respected. The second interview was scheduled longer. Among other things, this is also to visit the factory, to get to know other team members and also to visit the future workplace. The whole procedure was super structured and supervised.
