Known for 90 years with the Prontophot photo booths for passport photos and fun photos. Always innovative in launching new machines such as pizza machines and washing machines. The management is open to ideas, direct and always listens to requests, concerns and suggestions. As an employee, you have access to a diverse infrastructure and you are well equipped with a good vehicle, tools, mobile, PC and generous expenses.

Some things are a bit improvised, but very innovative and not fixed. This requires flexibility and thinking along. However, this is exactly what gives me a lot of fun and pleasure. Thinking and acting is required. At the same time, you have freedom like I have never experienced in other jobs!

Flat hierarchy, close-knit team, managers who listen, small company but structure of a large Group. Possibility to learn a lot, not too constraining structure that offers freedom of action and proposal. Intense but rewarding experience.

The teams sometimes lack resources (human and technical), this company needs candidates to grow and evolve. A bit more structure to value the internal technical experience would be nice. In a somewhat chaotic period (but like everywhere!).

From my work at Prontophot they have many employees who have too little knowledge and are partly inexperienced people which makes the work very difficult.

Bad structure, The Prontophot has no idea of Swiss market. Very often customers are not paid the balance of the Mitplatz or of the contracts. Customers then turn off the electricity. Very good business card. At Prontophot there is a lot of improvement that is necessary.
