Far too high fluctuation, currently >70 vacancies with 450 employees. Rough tone, intrigues and very high performance pressure, but Hilti still likes to position itself as a Great Place to Work(!) Outdated infrastructure in Adliswil (roof leaks, high-bay warehouse from the 70s) is in urgent need of renovation and very embarrassing for a construction supplier of the world. This is the final chance to find out whether the job suits you or not. Immediately after the ride, I received my telephone confirmation of my new job as a salesman. To the working environment: In my opinion, an excellent induction concept is one that is transparently communicated and lived from day one. Super team, work climate & work equipment. A consistently structured company and processes with noticeable employee orientation. Work equipment and system support make your everyday work easier, so that you have a good work-life balance.
