Many long-standing employees contribute a lot of individual knowledge. The order situation is stable.

Processes from earlier times of the original group are sometimes very complex. Attempts to introduce simpler innovations are not always successful and sometimes fail arbitrarily.

Dealing with the employees is very good. The social benefits in the company are also extraordinarily good. Good workers are also kept and used in other positions if desired. Therefore the opportunities for advancement are very good.

Sometimes you are not so open to new things. However, it is often understandable, since one must administer several decades old documents here. But sometimes it would be welcome if you could do something easier to improve.

The margins, that's why they can afford to survive with such bad processes.

No structures and processes. Everyone thinks only of himself and there is no interaction. The managers promise a lot and do not keep their promises. The fish stinks from the head.

Very interesting and varied work. Individual staff were very helpful.

One of the worst management scenarios I have ever seen. Zero encouragement of teamwork, no support for staff, unfriendly, cold and biased. If you are not completely fluent in German, expect to be left to fend for yourself.
