Rethink recruitment process! Long response times, no feedback, unfriendly and cold interview

Flexwork is mostly good, although dependent on the line manager. There are a lot of talented coworkers.

The products are very interesting and diverse, but the management style is chaotic and there does not seem to be a clear vision. If something goes wrong there is a culture of blame rather than fixing the problems as a team. The recent reorganization has caused stress and uncertainty. Communication is very poor, especially from project management. Very silo-based mentality.
