Strongly deteriorated working atmosphere due to the new management. No strategy can be determined, incompetent managers who do not make decisions and do not have the courage to address problems are brought in and promoted. High fluctuation of long-time and competent employees, strongly decreasing quality and motivation.

Pay was on time Hmmmm...... difficult. Meeting rooms were always full before Corona and generally people talk but never act. And nobody takes responsibility. One prefers to crush the hard-working ants.(irony off)

Putting people first. Nobody knows what's going on. There is no leadership here. Too much hot air and management blah blah blah blah blah that is leading the company to ruin. SwissRe as a mother has apparently failed there too.
