After my application I received 3 automatically generated answers for the first time. In a period of several weeks. Always with the content that the process was still going on and that I should be patient. Then, almost 2 months later, I received an e-mail - which was obviously not addressed to me - in the welcome sentence there was another name.... Right, very embarrassing. When I asked if I should still get back to you, they said yes, very gladly. I am allowed to introduce myself, but I should please solve this task and send 5 suggestions for improvement by means of a brochure. And please do it all the next day! I'm a professional, I can do it. So I did it all and had the interview the next day. This went well, the processes were similar to those of my former job and the pay would also be fine because I would have a lot of experience. I'd get word by the end of the week for a trial day. That was the last time I heard from this company. I have inquired several times by telephone, have written various mails and never, but really never heard anything. No standard cancellation, no one-liner. Inside. Nothing. I've never experienced anything like this before - such behaviour is under all sows. It is humiliating and highly disrespectful and I will not miss any opportunity to make this known.
