Unfortunately, I cannot give a positive opinion about this company. At Parfums Christian Dior AG we go one step further than just pure greed. The arrogant and unfair behavior from the top pay floor is the only official communication there is. Everything is checked and filtered, what, who, when can be done and how it has to be done. No room for ideas, no possibility for creativity and ZERO scope for development. Employees are treated badly, unfortunately I can't write differently, especially because of the reasons mentioned above! Junior employees are hired to save money, but they have to do a senior job. There is no understanding and weeping collapse is unfortunately not uncommon there. The promotion of the employees is absolutely non-existent and therefore a further development is impossible for the employees. My experience with this company has shown me how I never want to be treated again in my life by an employer and what kind of superiors I will avoid until the end of my life. For a long time I thought it was the same everywhere and I stayed. Fortunately, I took the opportunity and now have a great job with great employees and a very pleasant climate. I've been away from Dior for about 6 months and have a clear comparison now. I hope with these lines to help someone with decision and that the name of a company is not a guarantee for a good employer.
