I can recommend people purchasing goods at Manor cause of the good quality of their products.

I was rentrenched last month. I must say it was unexpected and painful. I am still working at Manor,I think the company can do better,the working conditions are poor. Employees deserve to be treated fairly and with respect. However,there is so much tension and retrenchment is personal most of the time,cause they continue recruiting and it doesn't make sense. If a company is downsizing inoder to reduce cost why still hire? Still doesn't sense. All the best!

Working atmosphere in our team was great - that's also the only thing.

No structure, poor leadership, no transparency & arbitrary decisions. Unfortunately, the wrong people get promoted.... Very poor benefits.

Unfortunately, not much anymore. The only positive thing is the flexitime, which allows to come later or leave earlier.

In all possible areas. You are constantly put under pressure to work even faster, the humanity is totally lost.Even after x years of employment, there is no significant wage increase.

It has a lot of great employees who take care of the customers every day, but unfortunately they can't live up to their full potential.

Employees are managed from the top down instead of picking up their knowledge and experience. There is also a general lack of appreciation for the individual employees. There is no real induction phase, only a short training and the employee is supposed to function. Narrow standard structures prevent employees from being able to contribute.

There is a great team spirit at Manor, the employees are passionate about the company. Super promotion opportunities!
