I personally have never experienced anything negative and enjoy working at Neuenschwander

- Open communication, good cooperation in the team, employees are involved in decisions - The management has worked hard on the image and you can clearly feel the positive changes. - Good working atmosphere

- Diverse, varied work tasks - Flat hierarchies and thus short decision-making processes

-Familiar working atmosphere -Good team -Pleasant and super superiors -Everyone knows what he/she has to do -They help when there is a need -Everybody helps the other -Everybody is +/- on the same level of knowledge concerning the products, because there are airy trainings -Re-entry after break (maternity) was not difficult at all -Whoever wants to further their education is supported -Great trust in the employees -Home office is being promoted more and more -It is demanded but also encouraged -Good and modern infrastructure

Processes are constantly being renewed and improved. For me, there are currently no suggestions for improvement and if they are discussed directly and implemented if possible.

Very good communication internally. Employees who want to develop get the opportunity to do so.

Charging possibility for electric cars and electric bicycles would be an advantage.

In constant development and hopefully in the right direction.

In very many areas, such as valuing and promoting employees where there is interest on the part of employees. Likewise, clear communication should urgently be ensured and employees' opinions should be taken into account.
