Worst organization and people ever
This works well in the company
This is the worst organization I have ever seen. Almost incredible how they treat international people once they are inside.
This could be improved
As an employee/manager of this company I only have experienced mobbing and a culture against foreigners from my own swiss team colleagues (not top management). This should not be tolerated in any companies, in any culture and at any level. But it is tolerated in this company (Swissport Zurich) by HR and Top management. A Swiss team has been more and more against foreign colleagues from Germany, Poland and Italy. Not only one but all of them. In a team of swiss employees working in this company since 20 years, this team acts very aggressively and mobbing foreigners. In my case, after several meetings with top managers and HR the result was that foreign employees does not need to work in a Swiss company (which is actually owned by the chinese group HNA!!!) and live in Switzerland. That's the mentality of this company: "Take or leave it and go back to your "s..." country (this was the real given answer from the team in question!). So sorry about them and their strong local and close culture. I hope that any international person can read this and avoid such a company.

Old offices, without air conditioning make it very difficult to sit in the office and work.

The restaurants at the airport zurich are good. The company itself has no its own restaurant.
This could be improved
Culture improvement is needed. It's very closed culture from management to employees. People working here since 20 years that don't accept process improvement. The offices in Glattbrugg are very old, no air condition, smelly office, need renovations! HR need to behave more professional. Very old and local management style need to open its culture to international mindset.
