Communication behavior after a job interview. When it came to making an appointment for a trial day, I was ignored. There was no response to e-mail, phone or combox messages.

I can't judge, as I was only invited for an interview and don't work there.

It is unfortunate that the salary was not discussed in advance. During the interview, the manager told me the salary and unfortunately it was well below my expectations. The interview was then quickly ended. In my opinion, it would have been helpful to inform the applicants in advance about the salary expectations before they are invited to the interview.

A large part of the team and the supervisors look after each other well and benevolently. The focus is on the care of the asylum seekers and how we can improve this, but we also keep an eye on our own well-being. The personal appreciation on the part of the superiors and is very positive. Overall, I find that the company values are very appropriate: neutral, flexible, mindful.

There is great potential for improvement in digitization. Unfortunately, many processes still run with individual Excel spreadsheets instead of the cross-country program. Wage increases are only given when employees move to management positions. This does ensure that people receive the same pay for the same position, regardless of gender. Unfortunately, this means that people who have been flexibly deployable in various areas for years or who take on deputies receive the same salary as new employees with less knowledge and skills.

ORS culture is something very unique - you can't describe it.

ORS offers employees very good development opportunities and that is not a matter of course.

Working hours - Target working hours. Reduce to 40 hours per week.

This "business model" seems to be quite profitable for the federal government / SEM and ORS Service AG ! But clearly based on exploitation of older, and foreign job seekers who are looking for a permanent job. Congratulations, some officials in Bern have constructed well.

No transparent and open communication, "temporary employment" is sold in the recruitment interview as a chance for later permanent employment. The "NModel ORS" is based on a small core team of permanent employees....the remaining people are brought in on a temporary basis and treated and exploited accordingly! Unpopular work and services are usually only done by the temporary employees....who have to/want to recommend themselves and show flexibility and motivation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company if you are looking for a permanent position.

The main thing is whether it goes well or not, nobody cares.

None, because they don't react to it. Whole management cannot be recruited from scratch.

Coffee machine and bottles of brandy. In summer the sweat because savings are made on wages and climate just as much as on the further training of employees.

Unfortunately no improvement in prospect. Tried in vain for years.
