Migros always presents itself as quite cosmopolitan in its customer magazine. But when you apply, you get to know the true face of the cooperative. My wife and I applied to Migros for various jobs.
I didn't get any feedback at all for my two jobs and could only find out from the invalid job advertisement that the job is already filled. A rejection with a standard text is really not too much to ask.
My wife, who applied for four positions, got a standard text which did not fit at all to the applications. If you have already received applications with an average of 1 (with awards), then you cannot write as a reason for rejection that your performance is not sufficient. It can't get any better! If you don't want to say that only Swiss will be hired, then at least think of another reason for refusal! Your HR has ensured that we no longer purchase the majority of our products in Migros Cooperative stores. If I still receive a rejection of my applications, I will adjust the comment accordingly.
