except the products, everything can be improved. in my opinion, the company is built on taking advantage of people with few job opportunities and constantly changing them. You have personnel, but only those who have bad prospects for another job, e.g. because of age or lack of training, remain.

The advantage is has different brands and several possibilities.

The application process should be faster. The waiting time is far too long! One is always put off on demand or does not get a correct answer. With such a company you expect professionalism, but it is only chaos.

Products are top notch but now if you delivered properly, now the management is mega scrap are like kids who just want attention and dominating the normal employees who are under sales pressure. There is nowhere else a company that has constantly irregular variety whether in the HR department or sales like the company Estee Lauder. Rather applicants 2x think, with the current administration management whether the application is worthwhile itself. At EL company there is no recognition and further development, what really exists is only the superficial greetings and SALE PRINT / PAY.

The complete HR has to make huge changes or are in the wrong place, a CM should not perform 2 counters, there is nowhere like that! unqualified employees coming from the construction site with ZERO notion of cosmetics and facial care just like maquillage without any training or experience in cosmetics, they come from the construction sites (fact) and simply in cold water are thrown just because their wages are not too high!! in 2019 in the highly developed SWITZERLAND!! something like that is not tolerable.

I felt very comfortable at my interview. It was a pleasant atmosphere.
