I have been working for several years in the company (East region) must say, everything fits. Securitrans is very social. The reward is right + the GA is given to me. If I have a longer way to work, I get more than enough travel time. I also have a company car like most of my work colleagues which is replaced every 4 years. I have at least 80 assignments a year where I work max 5 hours or lost shifts, but I get 8.25 hours for free. Thank you Securitrans! In a bad year (2015) I had like many others -600std. because of the bad order situation. 570std (on -30) were given to me. Other companies would reduce the number of orders but our company does not put employees on the street. We all know that we have practically no work from December-February and nevertheless we have unlimited contracts (not usual for our job). So far I have always got what I wanted, be it holidays, short-term appointments or working on another construction site. But you have to do something about it.
