It was a huge disappointment!!!

Helping immigrants instead of putting obstacles in their way. Do not force new employees to resign. Keep salaries of new employees secret. Integrate new employees into the team instead of allowing them to escalate. Eliminate poor morale within the team instead of encouraging it.

Supervisors should be examples, but unfortunately we are still a long way from that. Instead of really supporting the employees, we just save a little bit... Therefore, it is essential to expand further training courses...

I was hired within a very short time. My start date was postponed several times by e-mail, until 12 days later, I was given notice of termination due to restructuring. Now I'm chasing my wages because they never backed up my employment with a contract... Basically absolutely disappointed with such a huge company. The communication is really bad...
