Positive aspects: The company offers a friendly and supportive working atmosphere in which team members feel valued and motivated. The flat hierarchies facilitate communication and give employees more personal responsibility, which has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Onboarding was also structured and professional, so I settled in quickly. Development opportunities: There are clear training opportunities and regular feedback meetings, which helped me to develop my strengths in a targeted way. There are opportunities for promotion and the company invests in the development of its employees. Work-life balance: The work-life balance is good overall. Flexible working hours and the option to work remotely in some cases make it easier to combine work and private life.

Room for improvement: Processes could be made more efficient in some areas. Some decision-making paths are somewhat long, which sometimes slows down the flow of work. Greater promotion of internal communication would also be desirable. Conclusion: Overall, I am very satisfied and can only recommend the company. It is a good employer that attaches great importance to the satisfaction and development of its employees. A few minor optimizations could take the company even further.

I really enjoyed working at Suisse-Nurse. Great atmosphere and modern workplaces/ways of working. Many benefits for employees and a great appreciation of the work done, which was also rewarded. (Unfortunately, this is extremely rare nowadays) It was like working at eye level, whether with managers or team members.

The opportunities to take part in further training could be greater, but it was implemented on direct request.
