Positive aspects: The company offers a friendly and supportive working atmosphere in which team members feel valued and motivated. The flat hierarchies facilitate communication and give employees more personal responsibility, which has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Onboarding was also structured and professional, so I settled in quickly. Development opportunities: There are clear training opportunities and regular feedback meetings, which helped me to develop my strengths in a targeted way. There are opportunities for promotion and the company invests in the development of its employees. Work-life balance: The work-life balance is good overall. Flexible working hours and the option to work remotely in some cases make it easier to combine work and private life.

Room for improvement: Processes could be made more efficient in some areas. Some decision-making paths are somewhat long, which sometimes slows down the flow of work. Greater promotion of internal communication would also be desirable. Conclusion: Overall, I am very satisfied and can only recommend the company. It is a good employer that attaches great importance to the satisfaction and development of its employees. A few minor optimizations could take the company even further.
