Once and never again. Poor wages, open-plan office like in a chicken coop, strong group formation, bullying, latent racism among a few employees (has to do with the rural region). Also gave good, helpful and nice staff.

Just recently started with the Presta. My workplace is in a small room that has been converted into an open-plan office. It's loud and the air's stuffy. The team spirit is bad. Newcomers are excluded. My team leader doesn't want to hear any criticism. Many already give up during the probationary period.

In general, I am fascinated by the automotive industry - which makes the company exciting for me. In spite of the challenging tasks and high expectations, I appreciate the work in the company very much - above all because of the very collegial interaction among each other and the cohesion.

Welcome to the world of a tier-1 supplier to the automotive industry. In a constant conflict zone between customer and supplier, the company and its employees are in a permanent rotation. You are in the right place if you are an ambitious and committed person who lives with dedication for your job and is willing to reduce your private life to a minimum. Your supervisor will reward you (almost exclusively) with additional tasks. Because please note: At Presta there is a very high staff turnover and constantly opening personnel gaps must YOU close. My recommendation: If you are a job seeker of the Y and Z generation, avoid this company. Here you cannot delegate tasks and build on a career that you control from your home office. Here you have to work (even without special recognition and praise)!
