GastroSuisse ist der grösste gastgewerbliche Arbeitgeberverband der Schweiz mit rund 20’000 Mitgliedern aus der Gastronomie und Hotellerie. Der Verband wurde 1891 als Schweizer Wirteverband gegründet und hat seinen Hauptsitz in Zürich. Die Hauptaufgaben von GastroSuisse sind Aus- und Weiterbildung, Beratung sowie Marketing.
GastroSuisse bietet zahlreiche Stellen in verschiedenen Bereichen an. Der Verein setzt dabei sowohl auf Weiterbildung in der Gastronomiebranche, als auch im eigenen Verband. Somit ermöglicht der Verband nicht nur ein breites Berufseinstiegsfeld, sondern eröffnet auch zahlreiche Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten zu Verantwortungspositionen. Der Verein bietet ausserdem zahlreiche Kurse zur Weiterbildung von Angestellten in Bereichen wie Wein-, Bier- und Spirituosen-Sommelier, Rezeption und Management an.

There is now a FELFEL vending machine where we can buy our delicious lunch. As a payment option, we can deposit our lunch check there, which we get paid in addition to our salary. The premises have also been renovated and the offices are now very modern, and there is also a cool cafeteria. All employees are open for an exchange and there is a very pleasant and collegial atmosphere. Communication within the company is very good. We are informed about important events and news and kept up to date. Every few months there is an employee information event followed by an aperitif.

Very good working conditions! Flexible working hours, home office and good benefits. Employees are even pampered. Nothing is missing (free water, coffee and tea, lunch checks, modern offices, cafeteria for lunch breaks, Felfel vending machine). Very generous: for birthdays, Easter and Christmas there are always great gifts :-) There is a very good atmosphere in our team and you have a lot of variety through the working day. Appreciation is very important. My supervisor listens to the employees and is open to improvements. Top!
