The interfaces between the departments are not yet fully developed in some areas, but work is ongoing. The fact that the company is now an SME and no longer an inert company with federal-like structures is not yet firmly established among all employees. But when I think back to the start of the transformation, these are milestones that have already been reached. The company has enormous potential.

Since the transition from RUAG Ammotec AG to SwissP Defence with the new management, there has been a lot of fresh air. The strategic orientation for medium and long-term goals/visions is not only determined from the top, but with the participation of all divisions and levels. There is also a clear increase in profitability, which is being driven by process optimization, innovation, focus on the right things and other general efforts in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. Currently, we are in a very interesting and groundbreaking phase of change; really very exciting times; it's a pity if you can't be part of it! If you are interested and committed, you are welcome to contribute your potential and take on responsibility. This is then also rewarded by good opportunities for advancement and chances within the company.

There is still a lot to do; however, SwissP Defence is in a continuous improvement process in all areas towards a modern private operation. Very exciting time with many innovations, optimizations and innovations in which you have the opportunity to contribute yourself and your potential; even if you are not in a management position.

The opportunities for further training and internal career development are really great. If you are interested in the subject matter and do your job well, there are quick opportunities to get ahead. In this case, you are also supported accordingly and can attend internal or external training opportunities if you wish. The atmosphere in the teams is also very good and balanced in most cases.

In the past, questionable strategic decisions were often made. However, this has changed for the better with the new division of management and the corresponding discussions with the management at regular intervals. The company, then still RUAG Ammotec, has also lacked a proper vision and "long-term thinking" in recent years. Since the takeover of the Beretta Group, this has also changed for the better. Values and standards are now being pursued again.

Communication is not yet consistent in all areas. However, this is largely due to the management staff.
