Top management should become aware of the importance of appreciation, trust and respectful treatment of employees. Management is old-fashioned, very patriarchal and characterized by the exercise of power, often lacking the necessary expertise, employees are often "kept down". No internal promotion opportunities are available, part-time work is rarely approved. The conditions of employment should be kept up to date in terms of working hours, more freedom to compensate for overtime, holiday entitlement and home office work (also during Corona). Regular internal communication is completely lacking in all matters - usually only information is provided about who is joining the company, and there is silence about departures or who has to leave the company.

Partly interesting work in a political environment that is not common.

The management's leadership style should be modernized as a matter of urgency (strongly patriarchal). Input from employees should not be perceived as an attack, but as an opportunity. Take an interest in the employees and listen to them. Outwardly, the company presents itself as modern, but the management structure is dilapidated, outdated and based not on mutual respect but on management through fear and intimidation. Critical voices are put down cold by quitting. The fluctuation in the last year (2020) was extremely high.
