Incredibly, they all harmonized with different vintages. The brand manager has also been a good boss.

I have done a 1 year internship, because I want to attend the higher technical college. I learned a lot and we were a good team. Maybe we could still improve the internal communication, there were different opinions in the room from time to time. Otherwise everything is good.

The team sticks together, until every now and then there are a few who don't like to adapt. This way everybody helps each other and if there is something to do, everybody helps.

The Techcompany is small and well-positioned, which means short decision-making processes and faster contact with customers. Customers are spoiled, because Techcompany GmbH always acts immediately. Maybe we should see that the customers are not spoiled that much.

Good teamwork and decent people can be found there and and I enjoyed working there again and again.

I think you shouldn't improve anything because a good team plays together and there is real harmony at work. Even when it comes to tackling things, everyone helps - even the boss.

With a new PM, the company has created good structures and also optimally supplemented the back office. So that we had short decision ways and the customers were satisfied.

I was in purchasing and really had complete freedom to decide on pricing and products, which helped me a lot and I learned a lot from PM. Also the international brands like Kodak, Polaroid and Ducati are exciting products for the market.

I was able to build up the brand in a very structured way and all tools were available. Also as a woman I was highly appreciated by my male colleagues.

I was there for a year and was able to develop enormously, because the boss gave me the freedom I needed to build up the Strops brand. This also brought me interesting customers. Unfortunately I had to leave, because I moved back to Germany. But I have always enjoyed working there.

Nothing is explained and simply thrown into cold water. No structuring.

It is very unorganized and shows no consideration for other employees. Not well paid wages. Wages always come too late. It is not appreciated how to work.

Had great friends there. The team sticks together and we often made trips together. That shows strength.

There is a shortage of staff. The small team is full of inquiries etc. But they do a great job.
