To strengthen our external asset management division in Zurich, we are looking for a Client Support Manager.
Your key responsibilities will be: ·
Day to day communications with the partners of the Company, such as the banks, lawyers, accountants, etc.;
Document preparation and processing (including but not limited to bank forms for account openings, documents necessary for the establishment of a client relationship with the Company);
Management of client files;
Day to day requests such as statements, payment requests, information inquiries;
Management of correspondence;
Management of office administration and supplies (collecting requests for the team, arranging stocks);
Support of portfolio management team;
Support with the client meetings;
Requirement:
Higher education;
Experience in financial and/or banking industry for at least 5 years
Proficiency in English and Russian is a plus;
Entrepreneurial spirit with a highly committed and outgoing personality
