Join our Primary Market team, where we drive the expansion of the Swiss stock exchange's equity issuer base and manage the relationship with listed companies. We're looking for someone with expert knowledge of equity public markets and a genuine enthusiasm for driving more companies to access the Swiss equity market.
- drive the origination of new equity listings on SIX Swiss Exchange
- identify, approach and establish relationships with listing prospects and their owners (including private equity funds), maintain existing and establish new relationships with relevant capital markets intermediaries (including equity capital market teams of investment banks, auditors, lawyers).
- maintain and develop the offering and services for listing candidates
- manage the team of 2 professionals
- established professional with at least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with University degree or high-level of specialist training in Banking and Finance
- knowledge of Corporate Finance and Equity Capital market products as well as existing relevant network in capital markets, Swiss and international
- in-depth experience in sales/client acquisition as well as relationship management
- excellent sales, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and a professional manner when conducting presentations and business conversations
- fluent verbal and written skills in German and English, French is a plus
