What to expect
- You ensure IT security solutions are designed and implemented in adherence to security requirement (local and Group level)
- You drive maturity improvements analysis and implementation adopting suitable latest industry trends
- You design and implement together with IAM team, Identity and Access Management (IAM/PAM) solutions to secure access to organization resources and information
- You support IT colleagues while working in strict contact with IT architect providing IT Security advice and guidance to enhance the security of any application or service
- You support IT Security operation in analyzing threats to identify potential security risks and define possible mitigation strategies
- You embed security within the DevOps lifecycle, promoting a culture of security awareness within the development and operations teams
- You work closely with the rest of cyber security team providing security expertise, responding to security questions and undertaking impact assessment of multiple topics, e.g. projects, cloud initiatives, remedial actions to address emerging vulnerabilities and CVEs
- You represent security to enterprise architecture designs meeting to ensure IT security perspective is properly considered and support the IT strategy roadmap process
- You undertake continuous learning to maintain knowledge of the key security technologies in use, emerging IT trends, best practice
The skills you'll bring
- Bachelors and/or Masters degree in a relevant field e.g. IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Security, Telecoms.
- Strong technical background with demonstrable expertise (minimum of 5 years) as IT security architect in financial service industry or similar environment
- Clear understanding of the end to end technology delivery lifecycle, with exposure to agile working context
- Expertise in Azure Cloud, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS
- Familiarity with security best practices (NIST especially) and relevant Swiss security requirements
- Security certification such as CISSP/CISM/CeH or equivalent are a plus
- Excellent communication capabilities to provide rapid and concise summaries of complex scenarios and ability to communicate security risk in business terms and the ability to interact effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders
