Maintenance Technician (m/w/d) - Production & Supply

For our client, one of the world's leading sustainable agricultural innovation and technology company, we are looking Maintenance Technician (m/w/d) - Production & Supply, 100% in Münchwilen, Aargau.

Duties:

• As a pipe fitter, you will be responsible for the professional and economical modification, repair, manufacture and assembly of sophisticated pipelines and system components according to sketches and drawings
• You will be responsible for measuring and isometrics of complex system parts, as well as planning and scheduling complete system parts
• You will coordinate the work processes in consultation with the team leader and the client
• You set up system parts according to R+I flow diagram / isometry and carry out welding + soldering work (TIG, Mig/Mag, electrodes)
• You know how to use and handle the available measuring equipment and the SOP PED guideline
•  You carry out maintenance plans on chemical plants and make suggestions for new acquisitions as well as providing technical advice to customers on repair and maintenance work
• You procure and manage spare parts or materials in consultation with the team leader
• You will also carry out safety clarifications and assist with project planning

Skills: 

• You have completed technical training as a plant and apparatus fitter, pipe fitter, sanitary fitter or similar and have already gained several years of professional experience as a pipe fitter.
• You have completed technical training as a plant and apparatus fitter, pipe fitter, sanitary fitter or similar and have already gained several years of professional experience as a pipe fitter. 
• You have in-depth knowledge of IT and are ideally familiar with CAD programs.
• You value independent work and impress with your active thinking and your solution-oriented, structured and careful way of working.
• Fluent German and a good command of English round off your profile. Knowledge of French is a plus.
