Position Summary

In this role, you will be the driving force behind the accuracy and reliability of our quotations, working closely with our Senior Manager MRO Quotation EMEA to create technical proposals that exceed expectations. You will be instrumental in optimizing our maintenance task database and sharing technical expertise across our global network, all while supporting major contractual engagements in an international setting. Your Role:

• Lead with Impact: Take charge of proposals, quotes, contracts and tenders ensuring technical accuracy and financial precision that generate confidence
• Collaborate Globally: Work hand-in-hand with sales teams and engage with other stakeholders to develop standout proposals
• Build the Future: Drive the development and maintenance of our database to streamline and speed up the quoting process, ensuring efficiency and consistency

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with extensive technical experience in the aviation industry or proven professional experience in a similar role with a strong focus on mechanics or avionics
• In-depth knowledge of ESA and/or FAA regulations
• Experienced in working in international environments and with large multi-disciplinary teams
• Proficient in English, German or French is a plus
• Proactive and forward-thinking personality who enjoys working independently and drives for results
