A master’s degree in engineering (MBA is a plus). Proven expertise in a B2B industry, in sales, business development, or marketing related role. Demonstrated ability to analyse complex business problems, extract the essence in wide data sets and craft implementable solutions. Proactive, open-minded thinker with pragmatic, hands-on skills, and excellent communication across organizational levels. Fluency in spoken and written English. Additional languages are highly valued.
