Reporting to the Hellenic Bottling Company (HBC) Portfolio Integration Manager, this role will set you in the lead to drive sustainable growth of The Coca Cola Company (TCCC) & Monster Energy Company portfolio by addressing the customer and shopper needs.
Responsibilities include project & product management as well as a brand management facet by collaborating with TCCC to ensure the annual marketing activity calendar’s relevancy for Switzerland and ensure its timely execution with the HBC Channel Marketing team.
In this high-visibility role you will work with an extensive network of stakeholders across marketing, sales, strategy, finance, supply chain and senior leadership. Your clear focus is to drive profitable and sustainable growth, ensuring timely launches and winning market share for your brands.
YOUR NEW KEY ROLE WILL BE TO:
- Map and identify portfolio opportunities and calculate the size of prize for your brands
- Create and align Business Cases to evaluate impact of the brand opportunities on the company
- Support the creation of the adequate support for your innovations by co-creating the Brand Plan with shopper/customer perspectives and crafting the brand vision based on market and local channel understanding
- Follow-up on the launches by evaluating the performance of your brands and the efficiency of the marketing activity calendar
AS A PORTFOLIO MANAGER YOU WILL ALSO BE LEADING:
- Innovation management initiatives for your brands, ranging from delistings to reformulation and pack change within the given timeframe
- Further channel / customer needs and opportunities by coordinating with Channel Marketing and Sales teams tailored into relevant marketing programs, with synchronised activation and DME support
- Discussion and Exchanges with the local Coca-Cola Company Team to adapt brand plans and sell-in stories for the local market and facilitate system-wide best-practice sharing
- The SKU setup process for innovations and brands, while ensuring low complexity and production feasibility checks holding up to the set timings & deadlines
- Cross-functional discussions to support designing accurate demand and production plans
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- Completed Master's degree (University/FH), preferable MSc Marketing
- 3-5 years’ experience in Product and/or Brand Management in complex, multi-channel organizations
- Experience in managing international brands a plus
- Strong project management skills and proven track record of successfully led projects within a complex environment
- Solid business affinity and understanding (shopper & customer needs / channel particularities)
- Good knowledge of Swiss FMCG industry and beverage products
- Good understanding of innovation and commercialisation processes as well as product P&L
- Experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English | French: very good plus
