We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BP&A Business Unit (BU) Partner to join our DS/ SM team. This role is pivotal in implementing BP&A practices within the Business Unit, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data, and partnering with various stakeholders to optimize financial performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement FP&A Practices: Develop and execute FP&A best practices within the BU, focusing on simplification and standardization.

FP&A Calendar Management: Communicate and manage the FP&A calendar through BU Hub organizations.

Financial Reporting: Oversee the BU P&L’s and reports, including those segmented by Hub, EMEA, WW package, etc.

Collaboration with Analysts: Work closely with BP&A BU Analysts and SGA Analysts on respective financial areas.

Data Accuracy: Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data provided to stakeholders.

Global Reporting Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for the Global Reporting Team for specific reports.

P&L Monitoring: Support the BU Controller in monitoring P&L performance

Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with SGA Analysts and Comm Ops Analysts regarding SG&A, Revenue and GP performance.

Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with the Supply Chain Team on inventory and shipping-related matters.

Financial Partnering: Partner with Country Business Leaders (CBLs) in preparing and validating financials.

Strategic Meetings: Conduct calls and meetings with CBLs for ASR, Budget, and Projection preparation, ensuring target alignment. Provide advice on action plans and track progress.

Monthly Financial Reviews: Engage in calls and meetings with CBLs for month-end close (MEC) purposes.

Risk & Opportunities: Identify and manage country/hub-specific risks and opportunities.

Cross-finance Projects: Participate in BU-specific cross-finance projects, evaluating P&L and ROI of initiatives.

Value Discovery: Identify and capitalize on value opportunities within the BU.

Qualifications

Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent related work experience.
