Quality Management Specialist – Kitting
The kitting specialist checks the delivered parts for transportation damage. The delivered parts are then compared with the parts documents and internal documents for correctness. If the comparison is 100% identical, the parts data is transferred to SAP. After data implementation, the parts are stored on the defined drive unit/module trolley. The procedure is based on the documented work process
Your tasks
- Completing tasks on time and ensuring the quality of the work performed
- Technical and administrative completion of assigned tasks in accordance with the relevant guidelines
- Quantity control and visual transportation quality inspection of engine parts
- Data entry and checking data for completeness in the SAP structure
- Storage of Engine Parts
- Intensive communication with other organizations (Engineering, Material Master, Material Planning, Release to Service)
- Apply the concepts of Lean and Six Sigma (Lean Events, Root Cause Analysis, 5S) to ensure continuous improvement
- Apply 5s Principles
Your profile
- Technical and/or logistical training is required
- Existing “release to service” license is a great advantage. Willingness to develop to the level is highly desirable
- Self-discipline, personal responsibility, good communication skills and a high degree of teamwork
- The ability to work in a team is an important prerequisite
- Professional experience with a strong understanding of operational activities related to the provision of a with at least 3 years of experience in the quality-oriented industry, preferably in the MRO industry
- Quality and safety-oriented mindset
- You must be willing to work in a 2-shift system
- You must be able to work carefully, accurately, and independently
- Minimum requirement in German is B2 level, B1 level in English is also required
- SAP knowledge is a great advantage
- Excel, Word, and Outlook skills are required
