Immigration Manager
Introduction to team:
The Immigration Manager influences, advises, and leads the implementation, communication, change management, and administration of global immigration programs to support the achievement of organizational objectives consistently and transparently. This role requires leveraging immigration expertise with knowledge of business objectives while collaborating effectively with Business Partners and business leaders across supported business units.
In this role, you will:

Lead a team of two Immigration Specialists: Ensure delivery of accurate and timely HCAP and PERM support for America’s population and meeting deadlines for cyclical activities. Serve as an expert consultant on immigration-related talent matters

Conduct detailed analysis for designing immigration programs aligned with industry trends and EG strategy, while remaining compliant to local laws and regulations

Regularly analyze immigration external and internal trends and both educate and convey proactive “Go Get What’s Next” actions.

Support leaders through large-scale enterprise-wide projects involving immigration, ensuring clarity and operational excellence

Deliver immigration projects accurately, provide status updates to leadership, ensure accuracy of immigration data to reduce impacts on other COE teams like payroll and tax, and coordinate with EMEA/APAC Immigration Lead on location-specific nuances.

Proactively identify immigration risks and provide risk reduction solutions for the Americas/Canada immigration program.

Identify immigration policy update recommendations.

Lead planning and implementation for org-wide projects requiring coordination with multiple geographies, including team updates, project plan tracking, risk assessment, and communication. Coordinate with EMEA/APAC Immigration Lead on location-specific nuances.

Ensure accuracy of immigration global process and reporting documentation, ensure accuracy of data in Workday and from immigration providers, and provide feedback on requirements and scoping to the tech team.

Create program-level immigration updates to keep leaders/stakeholders aware of legislative or process changes that would impact their employees or organization, in coordination with EMEA/APAC lead.
Experience and qualifications:
-
7+ years of relevant experience in immigration management.

Demonstrated success in supporting large-scale immigration programs.

Strong executive presence with excellent presentation skills and business acumen.

Success in independently driving forward initiatives of broad scope & complexity (e.g., Global or Business unit-wide).

Advanced ability to build rapport with client groups to positively influence decisions at senior leadership levels.

Understanding of business needs with capability in leveraging immigration expertise to meet those needs.

Analytical capability with proficiency in managing Excel analysis.

Experience with Workday, Service Now and Jira a plus
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
