What will you be doing as a Group Senior Administrative Project Coordinator?
- Logistical Management
You will organise and manage all logistical aspects of congresses, including hotel and meeting room research/bookings, food and beverage arrangements, agendas, registrations, shipment and delivery of materials, and coordination with providers.
- Administrative Planning and Support
You will proactively plan and execute all administrative tasks related to congress and event organization, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, as well as independently delivering advanced administrative support and project coordination, making informed decisions to effectively drive projects to successful completion.
- Collaboration and Coordination
You will collaborate closely with external partners and internal functions to ensure seamless planning and execution of congresses and events, fostering strong working relationships.
- Deadline Management
You will be responsible monitoring deadlines, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet objectives.
- Process Improvement
You will work to improve internal processes while maintaining highly effective administrative systems, reports, and formats to enhance overall productivity and effectiveness.
Who Are You?
- Educational Background
You hold a commercial degree and have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Organisational Skills
You have exceptional organizational skills, can manage tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Language Proficiency
You are fluent in English: additional language skills would be a plus.
- Basic Office Skills
You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Attention to Detail
You are detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
- Team Collaboration and Travel
You are a collaborative team player with strong communication skills and are willing to travel for congresses a few weeks per year.
