Your role is characterized by a combination of administrative, organizational and functional topics: besides your responsibility for organizational and communication matters you are coordinating and executing overarching topics and projects for the revenue management community in Zurich.

  • Support of all administrative and organizational matters e.g. planning, preparing and following-up on meetings, workshops and events
  • Develop a communication strategy and manage community-wide communications for the commercial offer unit
  • Functional lead for topics like Training & Knowledge Management, onboarding of new employees, etc.
  • Leading and coordinating overarching topics and projects within Revenue Management and in collaboration with other departments at SWISS and Lufthansa Group
  • Coordinating and creating presentations for the management
  • Development opportunity: taking over tasks in the field of Revenue Steering, Offer Pricing and Methods & Solutions
