In this role, you will:
Design and document the Business Processes and Configurations for Workday HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Learning Benefits and Compensation Modules. Define and document standard methodologies for Workday BPs and object hierarchies. Collaborate with 3rd party companies that support native and custom Workday Integrations. Train and mentor workday Analysts, Power Users, Developers, Testers and Program Managers. Review Workday releases for new functionality and optimize existing processes and integrations accordingly. Recommend improvements and optimizations of Workday modules to the relevant Product Owners and partners. May telecommute.
Experience and qualifications:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

3 years of work experience in job offered or in a software engineering-related occupation

The total cash range for this position in Seattle, Washington is $163,862 to $192,500 /year.
