Position Summary
As Specialist IT Services you’ll be the forefront of our IT organization, providing hands-on support and ensuring our employees and systems work seamlessly together.

Your mission
- End-User Support: provide superior support (installation, maintenance, troubleshooting) for desktops, laptops, printer, mobile devices, and peripherals, resolving incidents and service requests through our ticket system ServiceNow.
- Communication & Liaison: maintain proactive communication with end-users and collaborate across leadership levels, bridging internal and external IT teams with end users.
- Proactive Maintenance: manage system configurations, upgrades, and audits while adhering to change management principles.
- Hardware Management: assist with the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of servers, storage, and network infrastructure.
- IT Assessment Management: maintain inventory, manage device lifecycles, and keep accurate records.
- Knowledge Sharing: Educate end-users on hardware and software best practices while participating in global IT Service forums and sharing know-how.
- Continuous Improvement: actively contribute to find innovative solutions to optimize IT processes and deliver exception user experiences.

Your profile
- Diploma or degree in Computer Sciences/IT and ITIL certification.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support roles.
- Support experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and mobile devices (iPhone & Android).
- Administration experience with Active Directory (users, groups, shares, network printers).
- Calm and focused approach to problem-solving, even in dynamic situations.
- Exceptional communication skills, with ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong organizational skills, to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Collaborative mindset with passion for continuous learning.
- Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel to locations across Switzerland and EMEA, up to 20 % travel, support of Geneva site every week/two week.
