Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist

Focus on national warehouse logistics - main contact person for our logistics service provider and m-way retail network in Switzerland

Coordination in all aspects of warehouse logistics and transportation to ensure compliance with the delivery schedule in accordance with SLAs.

· Coordination of all deliveries incl. home deliveries of e-bikes to end customers and B2B partners

Order processing from A-Z in SAP Business One

Coordination of new product launches between Marketing, Sales and the product manufacturers

Support in tracking and controlling the logistics costs (warehouse management and distribution)

Invoice verification of imported warehouse goods

Support in purchasing process of e-bikes

Support in the preparation and participation in the monthly S&OP meeting

Involvement in different Supply Chain projects

Bachelor's / master's degree in the areas of Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Engineering or equivalent or successful apprenticeship with proven track record

Professional experience in Logistics / Supply Chain Management

Experience in transport / inventory / database management

Experience managing different suppliers

Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP is a plus

Fluent written and spoken German & English knowledge

Independent way of working as well as a strong ownership and problem the solving mindset

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
