Your main tasks

• Overall management of projects in a matrix organization with internal and external stakeholders in industrialisation in an international context
• Responsibility for the planning, budgeting, organisation and successful implementation of challenging industrialisation projects with external partners
• Management of transfer projects for the smooth integration of technologies and processes
• Effective support of technical suppliers, especially in sterile production of medical devices
• Preparation of project proposals based on sound concept studies, which serve as a strategic basis for management decisions
• Ensuring that project targets (time, quality, quantity, costs) are met
• Close cooperation and regular exchange with our external Contract Manufacturer, Product Maintenance and internally with the Product Development, Product Management and Quality departments

Your profile

• Engineering or Technical Degree in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, microtechnology, plastics technology or business administration
• Project management or several years of professional experience as a project manager in industrialisation, preferably in the field of medical device, pharmaceuticals, automotive industry, plastics processing
• Willingness to travel (internationally) up to 25%
• Independent worker with team spirit, solution-oriented and organised
• strong communication skills and comfortable in a very dynamic environment
• Very good language skills in English and German
• Spanish knowledge can be an advantage
