This position sits in our Zurich-based Experience & Engineering business unit. We deliver a large range of services: from strategy and a performance-driven full-funnel approach to campaigning, e-commerce, data & analytics and content. JOB PURPOSE
For our office in Zurich we are looking for a Senior Account Manager (div/f/m) who will look after our accounts with a high degree of aplomb, empathy and communication skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- You have overall responsibility for the client, which means you are responsible for the success of the collaboration and the expansion of the sales volume.
- In addition you monitor the performance of the customer’s products and KPIs (e.g. data dashboards), taking measures for optimization if required.
- You initiate and drive strategic and sustainable customer development through appropriate formats and have a significant influence on the company’s growth.
- Being familiar with clients business goals and pain points in order to adapt offers to the customer’s goals are further areas of responsibility that you will have
- You will gain an overview of your clients’ stakeholder landscape and maintain a regular exchange with relevant stakeholders on the client side, our management, the experts and project managers as well as other DEPT® business units (if relevant for the existing account setup).
- You know how to ask the right questions at the customer and thus open up new business areas.
- You will also give individual client presentations and hold regular quarterly and annual planning meetings so that nothing stands in the way of achieving client goals.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Have 7+ years of experience in the field of Consulting, Project or account management.
- Know the agency life, managed medium and large accounts and strategically developing customer accounts with a volume of above 500.000 CHF per year.
- Understand how to manage clients in the e-commerce environment and have the experience and know-how to do so.
- Love to communicate with clients and experts and are a diplomatic linchpin for all involved stakeholders.
- Can show challenging clients the limits of what is possible in difficult situations and explain them in a comprehensible way.
- Have a strategic mindset and can give presentations with confidence.
- Have excellent communication skills in Swiss German, German (at least C1) and English.
- Are currently based in Switzerland.
