As part of Pharma International’s Commercialization Operating Model Effectiveness Team (COMET), this role will drive operational and commercial excellence by shaping and evolving Roche’s operating model to meet future challenges and opportunities. You will shape Pharma International’s operating model and drive real-world impact on patient outcomes.
As a Strategic Operating Model Partner you will serve as a seasoned expert, blending deep industry knowledge with advanced consulting skills to deliver measurable business outcomes and accelerate progress in delivering medical solutions to patients worldwide.
The Opportunity:

You develop and apply a deep, expert-level understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including growth drivers, priority medicines/assets, regulatory landscapes, and competitive dynamics.

You Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by bringing nuanced insights and strategic perspectives that align with Roche’s commercial priorities.

You act as an architect and execute strategies to optimize operating model effectiveness, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and embedding operational excellence.

Who You Are:

Consulting experience preferably with a top tier firm, with a proven track record of operating model design and implementation in global organisations.

Demonstrated expertise in the pharmaceutical industry or similar highly regulated, complex business environments.

Recognized for solving complex, multi-faceted business challenges with clarity and precision.

Deep, expert-level understanding of pharmaceutical industry dynamics and their implications for operating model evolution

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing innovative operating models and commercial strategies.
