Our Demand Planning Department in Heubach (Germany) is looking for a
Senior Demand Planner (m/f/d) (100%)
In this role you will be supporting the Demand Planning process for the Distance Retail and eCommerce channel in Europe. By maintaining an accurate demand forecast, you will significantly contribute to the success of the Demand Planning organization in Europe for both brands – Triumph and sloggi.
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the efficiency and effectiveness for the Demand Planning process for Distance Retail and eCommerce
- Responsibility for entire monthly forecast process involving maintenance of baseline forecast, promotional activities and listing/de-listings
- Conduct and moderate monthly alignment meetings with relevant commercial stakeholders to conclude on a consensus forecast
- Adjustment of novelty forecast during the season
- Maintenance of order entry blocks and delivery dates in line with the information obtained from internal stakeholders
- Perform cluster relevant reporting and data analysis
- Monitor availability of products against time critical customer orders
- Moderate and escalate significant mismatches between demand forecast and actual sell-in demand
- Leading and supporting the local team to achieve Demand forecast accuracy targets
Your ideal profile:
- University Degree in Supply Chain/Planning
- Minimum 3-year experience in demand and/or supply planning within the fashion/FMCG business
- Analytical mindset
- Great communicator
- Able to work against deadlines
- Proficiency in working with SAP APO/IBP, SAP BW, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Fluency in both German and English is required
