Description
- Manage and analyze financial data, preparing financial and accounting reports for multiple client legal entities.
- Organize and maintain financial and accounting documentation for all clients.
- Prepare internal financial reports for management on an ad-hoc basis.
- Coordinate monthly with external accounting firms to support and prepare financial reports for clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the reliability and integrity of financial data.
Profile
- Strong ability and motivation to work accurately and efficiently with numbers.
- Fluency in English and good command of German.
- Basic knowledge and interest in finance, banking, or family office work are essential.
- Initial accounting knowledge (experience with Swiss GAAP is an advantage).
- Excellent Excel skills are required.
- Experience with Abacus software is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal and external partners.
