THE OPPORTUNITY
Omnichannel (Senior) Marketing Manager, 100%
Proteomics is an increasingly established and widely applicable technology to gain biological insights. The addressable market is large and ranges from software and kits to contract research services for pharma and diagnostics R&D. As Omnichannel (Senior) Marketing Manager, you will have a broad scope of responsibilities on leading branding and design, omnichannel marketing activities and international conferences and events. You will be instrumental in strengthening the Biognosys corporate brand and increasing the awareness and adoption of the company’s offerings across both business lines, Research Services and Software & Kits. You will reinforce the existing marketing team and will work closely together with colleagues specializing toward Product Marketing to implement our products’ positioning, messaging, and content across our marketing channels with impactful branding, design, and user experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders from Product Development, Business Development, R&D, and Scientific Operations that are involved in marketing and sales activities. You are joining us at an exciting time, as we just expanded our presence in the US with a new facility and are planning for exciting launches, conferences, and events.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading project management, logistics, creative direction, and promotion for digital and in-person events, including international conferences with large scientific and exhibition presence
- Planning, implementing, and tracking omnichannel campaigns and activities
- Conceptualizing and implementing content updates on the Biognosys website, leading SEO/SEM activities, both in-house and in collaboration with agency partners
- Conceptualizing and managing the execution of newsletters, goal-driven email campaigns and automated lead nurturing journeys in our Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement platform
- Conceptualizing and managing the execution of social media content
- Overseeing the creation of new marketing collaterals, both in-house and in collaboration with agency partners
- Overseeing, developing, and implementing the brand strategy and architecture across the entire portfolio of company and product brands; maintaining branding guidelines, assets, and templates
- Monitoring, collecting and reporting analytics from the various marketing channels and platforms and optimizing lead and customer data management in the CRM system, in order to continuously optimize campaigns and improve the marketing-to-sales funnel and opportunities pipeline
- Budget administration for assigned activities
YOUR PROFILE
Required qualifications
- An educational degree in marketing or another relevant business field
- Min. 5 years of marketing experience
- Proven experience with conferences and events organization
- Proven experience with Omnichannel Campaigns planning, execution, and performance tracking
- Proven experience with digital marketing practices and tools, including but not limited to: website CMS, analytics, SEO, SEM; social media channels and tools; MarCom planning and scheduling
- Experience with email marketing via Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement is a big plus
- Proven experience with branding workstreams, marketing collateral development, and graphic design processes and tools
- Advanced general computer and Microsoft Office software skills
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Very good communication and collaboration skills
- High dedication to quality and results
- Independent working style, with adequate project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects in parallel
- Openness and flexibility to adapt in a rapidly evolving environment
Preferred qualifications
- B2B marketing experience in life sciences or an industry with similar technical complexity, and/or educational background in life science
- Hands-on experience with graphic design processes and tools
- Hands-on experience with video recording and editing
