We are looking for maternity leave coverage for a Total Rewards Manager EMEA & Grading Process Owner in Pratteln, Switzerland until the 31st December 2025. This exciting opportunity will allow you to lead Total Rewards processes across the EMEA region, manage grading methodologies, and support critical global initiatives in compensation and benefits.
Core Responsibilities
- Facilitating global compensation processes in the region, covering areas like incentives, benchmarking, budget management, and pay bands.
- Driving regional and local Total Rewards initiatives, including harmonizing reward offerings, reviewing benefit landscapes, and implementing new benefit offerings.
- Supporting global Total Rewards projects, including M&A-related initiatives.
- Analyzing regional/local market trends and identifying specific implementation needs.
- Continue an ongoing project on the design and implementation of a global job catalogue, managing providers, stakeholders and change and ensuring the roll-out according to defined milestones
- Be the primary point of contact for grading requests from business leaders, Global HR Business Partners, and HR teams.
- Prepare, align with requestors, and manage Global Grading Committee meetings, documenting outcomes and providing feedback.
- Ensure the consistent application of grading, job family, and job title policies, while supporting compliance with both global policies and local regulations.
- Provide training and communications on Total Reward offerings and on grading processes, job families, and organizational design across the HR organization.
Requirements
- A relevant university degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) in HR, Finance, Administration, or a related field. An MBA or related specialization is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits within a multinational company or consulting environment.
- In-depth knowledge of grading processes and methodologies, as well as job families, titles, and organizational design.
- Technical expertise in compensation and benefits principles, compliance requirements, and practices.
- Experience with SuccessFactors and other HR systems is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
