Main duties
We are looking for a maternity cover for our current Group Leader Financial Controlling from early/mid May to end of October.
- Consolidation and review of the monthly financial reporting for the Group (multiple international entities), together with the Group’s finance and controlling team of 2 people. Reporting under IFRS
- Preparation of the interim consolidated IFRS financial statements (Q2 2025) for the Group, together with the Group’s finance and controlling team of 2 people.
- Finalization of the various disclosures in the annual 2024 consolidated IFRS financial statements for the Group, mostly related to the Group’s refinancing project in 2025
- Collaboration with FP&A and treasury for the board reporting and partnering with senior management across the Group
- Supporting the Group’s refinancing project from the accounting perspective, including the set-up of the accounting policies and accounting processes across the Group
- Supporting HQ accounting team with ad hoc topics, including those related to the refinancing project
Professional competence
Profile
- ACA/CA/ACCA qualified or similar through experience
- Experience with the Big 4 or a Top 10 practice of 3+ years
- Experience in a senior reporting role in industry of 7+ years
- Strong IFRS and consolidations experience are essential
- Driven, adaptable, used to working in a demanding role at very fast pace and have excellent communications skills.
