As the Manager, Orthopaedics Cost to Serve you will have the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization. You will be responsible for successfully implementing a cost to serve model that identifies profitability improvement opportunities across customers, geographies, and business units. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop territory, regional, and area cost to serve metrics (i.e., end-to-end P&L) leveraging activity-based costing that will enable improved resource planning and allocation
- Create customer-level insights with full P&Ls for all national, regional, and local customers to enable more complete and profit-centered customer pricing and contracting
- Leverage model to create cost-saving and efficiency opportunities as well as enable more robust customer conversations about mutually improving the cost of service
- Build actionable solutions and recommendations, review with senior leadership, and implement feedback.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes, as necessary.
