Your Mission

• Leadership and management of all employees and activities in cleanliness center
• Creating and maintaining the organizational and personnel requirements for performing the tasks of the Cleanliness Center
• Capacity planning, resource planning, budget planning, scheduling, strategic team development
• Definition, developing, implementation and continuous improvement of the necessary procedures, processes for the entire process chain from supplier to customer. Coordination between the different involved parties and enactment.
• Promoting the coaching and training and further education of subordinate employees
• Definition, Planning and Implementation of strategy and tasks required to fulfill the requirements. Coordination and negotiation of the requirements with the customer in order to achieve an optimal result between costs and benefits
• Lead Cleanliness relevant complex Root Cause Analysis for the entire supply chain

Your Story

• University Degree or equivalent,
• Several years of experience in the field of work and leadership, very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken), ability to work in a team
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset whit hands-on mentality
• Problem solving capability
• Capabiltiy to structure the relevant work areac, workload assignment
• Willingness to travel (10-20%, 2 sites)
• Strong leadership and communication skills, oriented at the BG Leadership Principles
